By accessing and using Rijpecju's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Provision
Rijpecju provides engine diagnostics and automotive repair services at 109 Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur 50200, Malaysia. All work is performed by qualified technicians and covered by our standard warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a quote specifies alternative terms. We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Limitation of Liability
Rijpecju is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We recommend obtaining written quotes before commencing work.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection laws. We collect only essential information for service delivery and communication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Rijpecju's platforms, including diagnostics reports and technical documentation, remains our property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law. All claims must be filed within 12 months of the incident. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before escalation.
